If you google the term " faces of meth," you'll see that
Fergie, for all her shock value, got off lucky. That stuff ages you
90 years for every year you take it.

Thanks for the link - but does anyone know why all these people have sores all over thier faces?
Is that what meth causes? Or is it possible they are just so strung out all the time they often pick @ thier face, or have some sort of STD?

And their teeth are no better. The turn black and fall out. It's a disgusting drug and I fully admit I have little sympathy for anyone who is on it. Blast away but I've seen too many of these assholes who put their children absolutely last when they're on meth. Sick bastards.

When I first read the title, I thought 'Fergie, Duchess of York'
Duh!!!
I lived in the meth capital of the USA for 6 years...I NEVER shopped or filled gas there...too many tweekers. I also had a huge dog and a pistol in my bedside drawer.

Meth is a terrible drug, but what people may or may not understand you aren't instantly hooked. At least I wasn't. I have done it several times, and I didn't get addicted. I think that as with any drug or alcohol, it depends on the person. My BFF did get hooked on it BAD. It took its toll on her physically, too. I am 10 years older than her, but you can't tell it by looking at her. Her teeth never showed any of the nastiness of "meth mouth" but we know plenty of people that it has ruined-not just their teeth but them.
I haven't done it in years, and have no desire to. My BFF on the other hand constantly struggles with it. It's really sad to see someone in that shape.

I have never seen that personally, but I know it does happen. The BFF that I spoke about used to give her bf at the time sleeping pills so that she could stay out all night doing crystal. Yeah, it's pretty sick...

Yech, it is such a horrible drug, I only ever saw a tv show about this girl who was totally hooked on it and it made me cry so hard, she'd lost absolutely everything including her child, and she just couldn't pull herself together. I think it was on a show called Intervention, which was so good, but so so sad.

Another one that got off extremely easy was that girl from Full House - Jodie Sweetin, I think her name was. She got hooked on it and appears to be no worse for the wear - physically, at least. I think her hubby is a police officer and never knew.

I dont think its addicting and Ive actually discussed it with my ex-raver friends and they said they didnt find it that way either...
we would do it on the weekends or whenever there were parties but its not like we were craving it every day... I dont know anyone actually that was or is like that except for maybe one guy but hed just always go for 3 days and we would normally stick to one maybe two.
