Paris Hilton demands $650,000 to appear on tv show.
Charlotte Church is starting up her own talk show and asked Paris Hilton to be a guest, but had to pass when Paris ended up asking for more than $650,000 just to appear.
"We asked Paris to be on the program because I could take the mick out of her [ridicule her] and not feel at all bad about it - she's such a complete airhead," Church told a Brit radio show. "But she demanded a ridiculous amount of money - like the price of a big house just to say a few stupid things. She's hardly going to announce anything world-changing, is she? It's absolutely pathetic, isn't it?"

OK besides this Paris thing, since this is how she makes her money...
what's with all these talk shows? Are they the new reality tv shows?
I mean first Ellen Degeneres, then Tyra Banks, and then Rachel Ray, it seems anyone with an opinion is getting their own talk shows these days.

Its not so much a talk show as like an entertainment show, the first one was on on Friday just gone, it has like sketches, comedy pieces, special guests and performances etc not so much like a host interviewing people. She's done TV over here before and got reall good reviews for it so its not just like she's jumping on the bandwagon.

Bitter much? She was actually expecting Paris and her to become best friends, with perks such as a slumber party, with coke breaks in between pillow-fighting and painting their nails. Make fun of her? Yeeeeah, like Charlotte has the wit or the brains to say anything.
