Maggie Gyllenhaal's pregnancy cravings

SECRETARY star MAGGIE GYLLENHAAL was so ill during the first stages of her pregnancy she could only eat watermelon and the decadent dessert tiramisu. The star sent her fiance PETER SARSGAARD and brother JAKE GYLLENHAAL scrambling to find something she could keep down while she remained sick in bed. She explains, "In the beginning there were just things that I had to have and eat nothing else except that thing - like watermelon, which is hard in February. "There were things that made no sense, too. I had my brother staying with me at one point - he and Peter, they were running around the city trying to find something that I could eat. "I was really sick. They came back with pasta and steak, Saltines (crackers) and all types of things and I couldn't eat any of it. "Then my brother handed me a spoonful of tiramisu - just sugar and cream - he said I sat up like a mommy and ate it!"

You never know...when I was pregnant and working at an Italian Restaurant, I sucked up all the anchovies that they had in the walk-in for the Caesar salads, the boss finally had to put them in the office safe LOLOL
Before and after that time, I hate anchovies, but during that time, watch out for me, I would fight for them, and I did!!

Oh I craved pizza and lasgana. Oh yeah and chocolate milk. Though those arent strange but it was all I seemed to eat during my pregnancy. Oh yeah I did develop a fondness for salmon with peanut butter, warmed up and drizzled over the poached salmon.
MMMM anchovies I love me some anchovies in my salad and homemade pizza.

When I was pregnant with my daughter, I ate apple cinnamon cheerios for dinner every single night of my third trimester. Didn't have any cravings at all with my son that I can remember.

I saw her on David Letterman and she said basically the same thing, but was sooo not into the whole thing. She comes off as very cold and aloof.....
