Charlize Theron has decided that acting alone is not a "real job".
According to Contactmusic, Theron has found new fulfillment producing the film East of Havana. The experience has convinced the South African beauty that acting is no longer the challenge it once was, but she admitted that Hollywood may never think of her as anything but an actress. The Monster star went on to say that in the male-dominated industry of Hollywood, many behind-the-camera roles are not easily obtained by women. She said, "I think it's going to take a while in this industry. Especially for a woman to step up and say I am capable of actually doing the job. I think that's been the biggest bump for me in the road, but it's something that I really, truly enjoy doing."
