In just two weeks,
Rosie O'Donnell will take the stage at ABC as the moderator of the View. It seems like there have been lots of ups and downs since the announcement that Rosie would join the cast.
First we worried about whether or not she and Star could get along, and now since Star got the axe we've worried about whether or not Rosie will destroy
Elisabeth Hasselbach in the first episode or the second. Then Rosie posted her interesting blog making us wonder if she's really that excited about the show.
Now, we learn that the plan was to sit Rosie in Star's old seat, even though she's the moderator. I think the plan was to move her closer to the center of the table, but Rosie won't tolerate it. Our sources say she called it the "fat" chair, and she demands to sit where
Meredith Vieria did as the moderator.
It's funny that Rosie is the "moderator" when she's the farthest thing from moderate. Rosie is a card carrying left-wing democrat who last year told Geraldo Rivera that George Bush “is basically a war criminal. He should be tried at The Hague.”
So many she's not the most moderate moderator out there. I bet the audience will get lots of free stuff!
