Texan model JERRY HALL is so desperate to find the ideal man, she has put together a list of vital criteria - and former husband SIR MICK JAGGER fails to meet any of them.

The blonde beauty, 50, is still wary of the opposite sex after Jagger's relentless cheating during their marriage.

But model daughter ELIZABETH has persuaded her to focus on what she would like, rather than what she fears.

A pal says, "With some egging on from Lizzie, she has formulated five basic ground rules for all potential men.

"They decided that the lucky guy will have to be younger than Jerry, but over the age of 40 and - bearing in mind Jerry's worth around £30 million - independently wealthy.

"He should also be great company, and in an ideal world, American, as this is easy common ground.

The only thing I really like about her is the hybrid accent she speaks - part texan drawl, part british.

She's cool, and Jagger was an awful husband/partner. She was on SNL once, and she was hilarious!!

And I also dig her accent.

I like her. I watched her reality show and it was a great switch, her being the older, powerful woman choosing a boy toy to mold, LOVED IT!

I think she's beautiful too, in spite of her snaggle teeth.

I don't particularly care for Jerry, but i'd love to see her make a public fool of Jagger in some way, since he publicly made a fool of her all over the world throughout their whole marriage! (Nasty man-whore!)
