Default Julia Roberts refuses to wash hair for 2 weeks after seeing hairdresser

ROBERTS REFUSES TO WASH HAIR

Oscar-winner JULIA ROBERTS loves the way hairdresser SERGE NORMANT does her hair so much, she refuses to wash it for at least two weeks after he styles it. The CLOSER star desperately tries to preserve her special hair styles and says the secret is to not shampoo until the last second. She explains, "One of the tricks I've learned over the years is that I can milk a great style to the last possible second. "Honestly, after he does my hair, I won't do anything to it for - wait for it - two weeks. "My hair doesn't get greasy very fast, so I can go a good ten days without washing it."

Seriously, ew. My aunt goes a week between getting her hair washed and styled but she has about 12 hairs and has been doing this for ages. I can't imagine someone with thick long hair going that long.

When I was a kid, people only washed their hair once a week. I don't remember it getting dirty. Maybe we have more smog now to dirty up our hair, but the longest I can go now is 2 or max 3 days, and I have dry hair!

I can't even go one day without washing my hair. It's cause it's always oily.

Uh... EW?

I can go for 2 or 3 days without washing, but NEVER long enough for it to smell or look dirty. My scalp is dry, but it doesn't mean the hair or the head don't get dirty from airdust, pollution, and a bit of natural oil.

So gross.

Itch much? Seriously, dirty hair two to three days after a shampooing and styling is always easier to style but it sure does make your scalp itch.

If I can, I only wash my hair 2 times a month. It's better for my hair this way - I have dry hair and washing makes it worse.

maybe it's the same for her. Also, I can see her hair staying great wihtout washing for a couple of weeks. youyou dont't need to wash it too too often.

I have naturally curly hair, not kinky curly, but loose curls and it is pretty dry. I wash it every couple of days, but can easily go a week, never tried longer. My hair is not oily or gross. I think it depemnds on the persons' hair/scalp. I can see getting a cute style and totally wanting to preserve it. But not literally! Also my hair is dk brown.
