ULY 28--Lindsay Lohan's hard-partying antics and recent bout of "heat exhaustion" has left one Hollywood big shot steamed, The Smoking Gun has learned. In a blistering July 26 letter to the 20-year-old actress, James G. Robinson, who heads the L.A. firm producing Lohan's current movie, calls her recent erratic behavior "discourteous, irresponsible and unprofessional." Robinson, the 70-year-old chief executive of Morgan Creek Productions, writes that Lohan has "acted like a spoiled child and in doing so have alienated many of your co-workers and endangered the quality" of "Georgia Rule," a movie now being filmed and which stars Lohan, Jane Fonda, and Felicity Huffman. A copy of Robinson's letter--which was delivered to Lohan at the Chateau Marmont hotel--can be found below. A Morgan Creek official confirmed to TSG that the missive was sent to Lohan and her various representatives earlier this week. Robinson notes that while Lohan's aides have chalked up her lateness and absences to illness, he is "well aware that your ongoing all night heavy partying is the real reason for your so called 'exhaustion.'" Noting that Morgan Creek refuses to "accept bogus excuses for your behavior," Robinson warns Lohan that she will be held "personally accountable" for losses caused by her actions. Claiming that Lohan's behavior has already "resulted in hundreds of thousands of dollars in damage," Robinson hints at possible legal action against the actress unless she begins honoring her production commitments. He concludes, "I urge you to take this letter seriously and conduct yourself professionally." (1 page)

Why does Hollywood tolerate these primadonnas when there are so many other more appreciative talent waiting in the wings?

Off topic, that CEO signature seems a little bogus doesn't it???? I question the letter's authenticity.

ETA that now I'm not finished working: "I am now told you don't plan to come to work tomorrow..."<-- Would a CEO write like that? Should it be something along the lines of, "I have been advised that..."You and your representatives... "<-- Again, would a CEO write like that? "...all night heavy partying" <-- People have to be VERY careful of accusing others of this. Even some of the grammar in some of the sentances are off, too!

Only a matter of time before we see this freckled Firecroth black balled from Hollywood. This act becomes very tired fast, when your movies are not grossing 100 million dollars. I am betting a lot of young Hollywood can;t wait till she disappears all together.

Don't get me wrong- I can't stand L.Lo... but... How would such a letter be leaked to the internet? I doubt this letter is authentic. Would a movie exec chastize a celebrity like that? 'Behaved like a spoiled child'... that definitely too much... like some internet guy who's sick and tired with Lohan's attitudes and fits and whatnot. Not that I bloame him, but I don't think this letter is real.

I saw this earlier today and was waiting for it to make it the boards.... I totally think its legit especially since there are pictures of her leaving a club about a 1/2 hour before she was due on set (early AM hours) and that was the day she was admitted for "heat exhaustion" then after she was released from the hospital there are pictures of her out at another club.

I tend to believe it more, since it cam from the smoking gun, instead of like US weekly or some such shit.

That being said, I think it hysterical in a sad sort of way. Cause while she got a verbal "spanking" from the big guys (the funny part), I don't think this will be her wake-up call (the sad part)

I'm kind of doubting this is true too...not that I don't think it could happen mind you, and the studio exes WANT to say exactly this, but I don't anyone has the balls honestly. Sad, but true....

Great if it is true but I doubt it will have any effect on Lohan... shes too busy trying to get her pron career going with those last lot of photos
