Charlotte to adopt

(BANG) - Charlotte Church is planning to adopt a baby.

The Welsh singer's mum Maria has revealed her daughter has considered giving a home to an orphan after being inspired by Angelina Jolie.

The 'Tomb Raider' actress has two adopted children, four-year-old Maddox and 17-month-old Zahara.
Maria told Britain's Closer magazine: "Charlotte didn't like the idea of having children of her own and wanted to do an Angelina Jolie.

"She wanted to adopt children from around the world as she knows there are millions of kids who could do with love and a good home."

Although she was once keen on taking in a disadvantaged kid, Maria thinks now Charlotte has found true love with Gavin Henson she has had second thoughts.

She added: "I think now she's found Gavin, she's reconsidered the whole baby thing. That's not to say she's ditched the adoption plan for good, but she definitely wants kids of her own."

I have no idea who this chick is but, from the sounds of it, she'd do best leaving kids the hell alone. Anyone who wants to "Do a insert celebrity name here" isn't making a smart choice IMO.

This would be the WORST possible mistake EVER.

This kid is a spoiled diva with one of the worst attitudes I've ever seen. She has absolutely zero class. She started out with such promise until TPTB and her family courted her every whim. Now she's one of those bitches on wheels.

Besides, isn't she/wasn't she dating a drug dealer and quite seriously contemplating marrying him?

I am so sick of the Angelina praise. I get it, she adopted kids that were in need. People have been doing that for decades.
Didn't Charlotte Church just confess to being a crazy drinker. How old is she?

Isn't she like... a kid herself yet? I dunno, last time I saw her she seemed like she'd barely gotten off her diapers.

Either she's too young (and stupid for having Angie as a "role-model"), or I'm getting too old.

My mom's an adoptee and it sure as hell doesn't make my granny a saint (as these celeb chicks try to come off as). She provided my mom a good life in a fairly wealthy home, but my mom still suffered abuse from her (my grandpa, on the other hand, was a spectacular father). Yet these celeb chicks see adopting as a given that they will be good moms just because they have $$$. Geez.
