BRITNEY SPEARS and KEVIN FEDERLINE have hired a counsellor to help them save their marriage, according to US reports.
The couple has reportedly brought in a $1,000 (GBP555)-an-hour expert to help them solve marital problems they insist publicly are nothing more than petty disagreements.
Sources tell American magazine Life + Style the couple has agreed to meet with a marriage counsellor twice a week at their Malibu, California mansion in a bid to get their relationship back on track.
Spears, who is almost seven months pregnant with the couple's second child, reportedly told friends, "We need this."

Well, good for them. She needs counselling. She needs someone who will tell her what she is doing right & wrong. Good thing she has lots of money!

Why do they need this since the marriage is so "great"?
And if it's just petty arguements and they need a $1,000 an hour counselor to help them-there is no help. If you have to bring someone in for the little stuff like that, how are you ever going to get through the big stuff?

I'll give her some advice for free. She could use the thousand bucks on a hairdresser or a stylist.

She needs a financial counselor who will tell her that her money is best spent on a retainer for the greediest, meanest shark of an attorney to start divorce proceedings. Why hire a marriage counselor when your marriage is "awesome"?

hehe. She can just drop by at GR and get all the counselling she needs right here from fashion to financial and relationship advices and perhaps also on parenting!

I'm all for couples working hard on their relationships rather than tossing in the towel too easily. Still, a small part of me thinks she'll be much better off without him than with an improved him. She could stand to have some therapy herself though.
