Britney Spears is not quitting the music business!

Britney Spears has quashed reports she is planning to quit the music business.

The 'Toxic' singer - who took a break from pop when she fell pregnant with her first child, Sean Preston - has vowed to make a comeback as soon as possible.

The 24-year-old singer - who is currently pregnant with her second child with husband Kevin Federline - says she can't wait to get back in the studio and on stage, because performing live makes her and baby Sean Preston happy.

She said: "At one point I was thinking about becoming a home mum, but when my son sees me dance he lights up. I know that's what I'm supposed to be doing. If mum is happy, baby's happy."

Meanwhile, Britney has revealed she is to appear in a second series of her reality TV show 'Britney and Kevin: Chaotic' - in a bid to end rumours her marriage to Kevin is on the rocks.

The singer said she was tired of the constant negative speculation surrounding the couple's private life and has now decided to put the record straight in another fly-on-the-wall series.

She said: "I know that things are fine, but this show will put paid to those rumours finally."

) I am awaiting her *return* with glee so that i can laugh my ass off when her *comeback* fails miserably. This chick is delusional. She has no music career left, and she has NO talent with which to rebuild one. Her day has passed. Her career was based not on her musical abilities, but on her IMAGE. Her image of a young, hot, fresh, sexy, free young chick. That is long gone. The teenagers and horny boys & men who liked her, will NOT like her as they did before, now that she is a chunky, redneck, trashy, married (to a loser, no less), DUMB, incapable mother-of-two. Her career is LOOOOOOONG GONE. And i'll be laughing as she tries in vain to reclaim it.

I'm sure the world hasn't stopped because Britney Spears had a 'break' from the business and everyone is waiting for her to come back.

I used to be a fan myself.
