My guess is the real story is she was going to do Playboy, father Joe didn't want that so her got her the Victorias Secret gig. V.S. still provides the sexy image but without the blatant porn aspect that Playboy does.

I don't think that V.S. is even in the same ballpark as Playboy.
I haven't "read" it in forever but unless they have changed their format I am still pretty confidant that there are vast differences between the two publications that Pappa Joe a good former minister could not be a part of.

Seriously, she is such an idiot. She has no integrity. It's not enough that she can't sing, that she doesn't even try to sing, that she apparently gets a cut of the publishing yet doesn't contribute at all to her songs. That's not enough. But on top of all that, she has to be a dumb whore as well. It's really the icing on the cake. Does she not think of what kind of a message this sends to the little 11 and 12 year old girls that make up her fan base?

Yes, she turned the offer down, but the only reason the offer became public at all was most likely because her camp put it out there. And she turned it down for the wrong reason. Her reasoning is not that she won't do it because she respects herself, but that she won't do it because her body belongs to a man. A man. Not to her, to a man. She is brainless, but her father and mother should be shot for pimping out their daughters.
