MILLS BANS STEP DAUGHTER

Heather Mills McCartney is refusing to let step-daughter Stella McCartney see her half sister Beatrice.

The former model, who split from Stella's father Sir Paul McCartney in May, is even threatening to apply for a court order to ban Stella from visiting the two-year-old.

Heather is reportedly furious after hearing a taped phone conversation where the fashion designer called her a "liar" and dismissed her charity work.

A source told Britain's Sunday Mirror newspaper: "Heather and Stella are at war. It is as simple as that. The pair have disliked each other for years but always put on a brave public face for Paul's sake. Heather does not want Bea to see Stella ever again."

In the recorded conversation, Stella told her father she thought Heather had lied about her past and believes the claims her step-mother was once a high-class prostitute.

She is also said to have launched a bitter attack on Heather's anti-landmine campaigning and anti-fur protests.

Paul reportedly went "white as a sheet" when Heather played the explosive tape to him two weeks ago.

He is said to be devastated by the thought of never being able to see his two daughters at the same time.

Stella has been a constant source of comfort to her father since his split from Heather and he loves spending time with her.

A source said: "He adores Stella and has been relying on her. Bea is his baby girl and she means the world to him."

Stella and Beatrice last saw each other at Paul's 64th birthday party last month.

Heather is reaching to find something on Paul so that the weight of the end of the marriage doesn't rest with her. At the moment, it seems apparent in the MEDIA at least that she was at the heart of the reasons why they split.

Their poor daughter, she needs her family around her. IMO, (from what I have read), a PRIVATE phone conversation between a daughter and her father in regard to her father's soon-to-be-ex wife will NEVER be complimentary about the soon-to-be-ex wife and if Stella was saying these things it would have been between them. I can't see that two adults having a conversation would affect the relationship between the child and her mother.

It seems sad that Heather would want to continue this feud with Stella even after she and Paul have separated, because at the end of the day it is Heather who is looking to keep STella and Bea apart.

Maybe Heather blames a lot of her problems with Paul on Stella and this is a way to get back at her...

Legally, can Heather stop her daughter from seeing Stella? Just curious...

Yeah, because it's Stella's fault that Heather is a shrew and takes her disappointments in life out on her husband. It's Stella's fault that Heather doesn't know how to make any of her relationships last. It's Stella's fault that Heather was a skank when she was younger.

I happen to think that Heather got what she deserved and Stella was smart enough to see through her 'act' from day one... I have ZERO sympathy for Heather, but I do feel badly for little Beatrice being put in the middle-

That being said, I think that Heather's looking for someone to blame, and I'm sure she thinks Stella poisoned her father's mind, hence the ban.

She obviously cares about how she's perceived in the public eye, yet with a move like this she only ends up looking vindictive...

Hey, it's a divorce of the super wealthy. They might as well hang that kid up like a pinata and whack away. By the time her parents and their lawyers are done with her, she'll be in therapy for decades.

If Sir Paul wanted a happy marriage that would produce a stable environment for his child, he shouldn't have married someone who was young enough to BE his child......

Maybe because she thinks Heather McCartney is a phony, and is just doing the PETA and other charitable endeavors for publicity. I hope this isn't the case. Heather McCartney is no doubt a bitch, but I'd like to think she's at least sincere about her charities.
