Hypothetically...what if the baby has a problem...like downs syndrome or something? Maybe they're keeping her incognito because they don't want any unneccessary ridicule on the poor thing?
Also, consider how many other stars out there whose children we NEVER see: Jon Bon Jovi...Nicholas Cage...Matt Damon...Maybe Tom saw the backlash and decided to go from super exposure to refusing to allow the child to be seen at all? OR! *hold your breath*...maybe it's not Tom being all over protective...Maybe it's Ms. Katie!
Or they are just weird.

Jon Bon Jovi and Nicholas Cage didn't hire a girlfriend to appear heterosexual and then make a HUGE deal about the fact that they were about to become fathers. They also aren't generally assumed to be shooting blanks and unable to father children, as Tom Thumb is.

It is very, very strange that the 'proof' of Tom's manly straightness has never been seen by anyone.

I don't buy that there is something wrong with the baby, either. TC is an attention whore and how much attention/sympathy could he get if there was something wrong with the baby.
I think as much of us speculated, Katie had the baby much earlier than they wanted the world to know (cause it's not his) and can't explain why a baby that is a few months old is so big. Perhaps they think if they hold off until the baby is older it will be easier to believe it has gotten 'that big'....

^^ Yes ... it must suck for Tom that Grier was born the same day and look how tiny she is. He's probably worried that people would be doing comparisons.

My god Katie run for your life. This is just weird. This child is going to be so confused. There has to be a child because she gave birth in the same hospital as Brooke Shields & on the same day. Tom Cruise is so completely out there in space. I hope this destroys his career - what's left of it!

Well. WE will be here when the baby finally makes an appearance. She has GOT to come out sometime. Probably really looks like her father that's why he doesn't want people to see her. Was it Chris Klein?

The adoption fell through at the last minute and they are having to re-apply again and search for a new one. They can't just adopt a foreign baby like Angelina b/c then people would really know it wasn't theirs.
