Shit is about to hit the fan, and it's not funny.

Many fans and friends were shocked when Kathy Griffin announced that she and her husband Matt, who appeared on her Bravo reality show with her, were getting a divorce.

Despite a brief reconciliation, the two announced recently that they were going through with the divorce, which was finalized in May.

Now, PerezHilton.com has learned that the funny woman is about to reveal some very damning information about her soon-to-be former husband.

According to Griffin, she and Matt are divorcing because she caught him stealing from her!! To the tune of $72,000.00!!!

I was wondering why a man of average-looks, with obviously a good education and career if he's a lawyer, would go for someone so unattractive. Unless, of course, it was because she has money.

Yeah Matt owns an IT firm. I had an ex-girlfriend who would help me keep the books for my company. She was skimming money off the top. Maybe Matt did something like that. While if your married the money is supposed to be for both of you. In a similar situation to what I faced. I guess it technically may not be theft. But morally I would consider it stealing

Matt is in computers, and I believe he runs his business from home. I don't think Kathy is unattractive at all. They seem(ed) well-balanced personality-wise.

I know someone that this happened to. Her then-husband withdrew massive amounts of money from their checking account and took checks from the bottom of her checkbook and never told her. She only found out after she stated getting overdraft notices from the bank. (He had a drinking and gambling problem.)
