Who Should Replace Star Jones?

ABC Posted these possible contenders on their website. Interesting mix of people who contended with Rosie for the moderator spot and a few interesting twists...

Tyra Banks (she's got her own show!):

Nancy Grace (she was an attorney, and is annoying -- might takes us back to Star days pre-gay husband and 1000 pounds heavier??):

Gayle King (Can Oprah live without Gayle King? I think not, but seems an obvious choice):

This is so exciting... just like homecoming court....
Kathy Lee (Might be an interesting twist, but isn't she like Miss Insider now?):

Connie Chung (Will she sing on the piano during every show?):

Isaac Mizrahi (that would be way too much gay, they couldn't have a dyke and a fag... or could they?):

Joan and/or Melissa Rivers (this may be a photo of wax figures, I'm not sure):

Margaret Cho (now that would be a VERY interesting twist... she's my pick!)

I think you can put anything in Star's place and it would be much better. I would think a corpse should do.

^^^Agreed! But out of this group, prob Gayle King. It would have to be someone "not funny", to balance out Joy and Rosie, but I'd love to see Margaret.

I don't know, but I absolutely can't stand Rosie O'Donnell. She's an annoying opinioned condescending bitch and she's going to cause so much discord. I predict she's going to be The View's biggest mistake. That woman can't go anywhere or embark on any project without causing a raukus and making her political statements. She is going to destroy The View and give it so much bad publicity. Just watch.

I agree with PRETTYGIRL. Rosie will be their biggest mistake. I can't stand her either, she did well on her own show alone for a reason! My guess will be Gayle. Oprah appeared for the first time on that show last month to plug her legends ball, and I always thought it was some pull to get Gayle as the Star's replacement...we shall see!

^^ You might be on to something there! I thought the show had been cancelled and was surprised to see it is still on the air. Lose the Rivers and I'll tune in for sure.
