Mia Farrow, who is currently starring horror remake 'The Omen', has revealed her Catholic beliefs helped her cope with the discovery her former partner Woody Allen was having an affair with their adopted teenage daughter.

(BANG) - Mia Farrow has revealed her faith saved her when she discovered lover Woody Allen was having an affair with their adopted teenage daughter.
The 'Omen' actress is a devout Catholic and insists when she discovered provocative pictures of Soon-Yi Previn taken by the director 14 years ago she turned to her religion.

She told Britain's Independent newspaper: "My faith has helped me through many difficult times."

Farrow, 61, also insists it was her faith in Jesus Christ that made it able for her to forgive Allen and her daughter.
She added: "I forgave him in an instant. I can't carry any of that. That's too heavy for me. It really isn't up to me to forgive or not to forgive, is it?

"I've got over it, you know. You just can't go on mourning forever."

Well she might have "forgiven" him, but she still hated and despised him and tried to have him charged with child molesting of her one of her younger kids, Dylan, now known as something else..........all the while forgiving and not quite forgetting huh?.

That old pervert is beyond forgiveness but to each his own I guess. If going to church helped Mia not strangle or kill the sonofabitch, then more power to her, I guess. I can't stand the daughter though...SoonYi Previn. What an ungrateful little bitch. Mia adopted her and the little ho didn't think twice about sleeping with that old fart. No loyalty whatsoever to her mother either. It's one thing to be molested, it's another to profess love and wanting to marry your mother's husband. She wasn't a child either when this happened.

Soon-Yi and the child molester both deserve each other.

How does a supposedly devout Catholic get divorced several times then have a long term affair with a man she isn't living with, which results in a biological and an adopted child. And what the fuck was up with changing the kids' names when they were well beyond the age of it not making a difference. While he did act stupid (and is now stuck with Soon Yi for the rest of his life) she's certifiable.

Yes this what always amazes me about "devout" celebs. You got Jon Voight, who claims to be devout Catholic and who has an affair on his wife and performed nudity scenes, then you got Mel Gibson an ultra devout Catholic (who has built a church in his mansion) and yet will perform racy scenes with other women. Then we have Jennifer Lopez, Whiney Huston and Mark Wahlberg who claims to hit himself everytime he has sex with his girlfriend yet he hadv two children with her and didn't marry her yet!! I guess to them being religious means abiding by religion in certain times or when certain events call for it.
