I'm scared for Eartha's legacy. Yes, Eartha was smaller than Beyonce. Everything is going to be hammed up for this, whether it be the songs (I can only imagine how Bee is going to "diva" up Eartha's old tunes to sound nothing like her), or Eartha's supposed body type.
Thandie Newton should play Eartha. They have the same build, facial structure and are both half white/half black. Plus she's a good actress. I really hope they don't use Beyonce if this follows through because than she's going to want to sing all of Kitt's iconic songs.
Besides if Beyonce wants to show that she's Oscar material she should choose a movie that doesn't require singing at all.
