The Spice Girls are reportedly releasing a new single to mark the 10th anniversary of their first hit.
The former girl group - Posh Spice Victoria Beckham, Ginger Spice Geri Halliwell, Sporty Spice Mel C, Scary Spice Mel B and Baby Spice Emma Bunton - have already recorded the track, named ‘Woman’.
They are reportedly releasing the song in July, to mark ten years since their debut, ‘Wannabe’, reached the number one spot in the UK.
The girls are also said to be planning a reunion tour - and may even release more new material if ‘Woman’ is a hit.
A source told Britain’s News of the World newspaper: "They are planning their tour but wanted a new song to mark their return. If it goes well they’ll look to release more material."
The Spice Girls have been at the centre of comeback rumours since last year.
The group had been believed to be reforming for the Live 8 concert, in London, last July but the reunion never took place.

I may have been thinking of Posh's nose, but the phrase 'when pigs fly' just leapt to mind.

My 13yo daughter was a big fan when she was younger. I mentioned to her last night that one of the Spice Girls just had a baby and she said to me - They're still alive?! LMAO

I heard that Victoria or Emma or one of them wouldn't do it, that they wanted to move on. I think this would be a good idea. Although hey, every other celebrity sux its fans dry for everybit of money they can get - why not the Spice Girls? Just think of the humour that would come out of that!

Please tell me you are not a Paris Hilton or Britney Spears fan! I understand you were eleven - but you are not now!

Victoria probably won't agree to this. I could see her thinking she's above it. And even if she did want to do it, I doubt that Scientology would allow one of its new recruits to do something that could make any more of a mockery of their "religion" than Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes have recently.

Haha no I don't like Paris and I USED to like Britney before she became Shitney . I'm so torn about Victoria Beckham cause when she's in pictures and whatnot she looks really snotty, but she's common as muck in interviews. I bet Geri and Mel B need the money.

Should I have admitted that?
