There are rumors he is going to marry his girlfriend Lake Bell after only two months of dating!!! 
According to newsweek.com, 'actor Colin Farrell seems ready to tie the knot with his 'Pride And Glory' co-star Lake Bell. A source said: 'Colin is a changed  man since he went into rehabilitation in December and he wants to find someone to settle down with. In the last five years he's found it hard to settle down but he says that Lake has been his rock and he can't live without her.'

www.thesuperficial.com has a pic of him posing with two fans this week with a wedding band on.
"Colin Farrell was photographed with some fans recently sporting a wedding band which suggests he may have already married girlfriend Lake Bell. I used to have a crush on Colin back when he looked like he bathed on a regular basis. His problems stem from his substance abuse. A lot of celebrities always try to "clean up" their image by getting married and trying to appear stable. Example: Charlie Sheen. But it hardly ever works because they're still the same coke sniffing hooker using out of control selves. Example: Charlie Sheen.
So for Colin's sake, I hope he doesn't make the mistake of getting married because his career's in shreds.

From what i gather he was filming a scene from his movie Pride and Glory and was still wearing the (prop) wedding band when this pic was taken.

Dammit Colin you 'apparently' are still in recovery and did not get into that until December so wtf are you doing getting married or even thinking such thoughts ..how many fucking AA and NA or CA or whatevah A do you have to attend before the 'don't get involved with someone for at least a year' sinks in dumbass! Colin don't make me have to fly out to LA and take care of this little Mr! I will turn you over my knee! ..and then turn you over period..and then.... OK..where are my kneepads?
