Mariah Carey, "Why can't Tommy Mottola leave me alone?"

MARIAH CAREY fears her former husband TOMMY MOTTOLA is still obsessed with her, even though they divorced in 1997. Mottola still keeps track of Carey through her record label, but the pop beauty wishes he would stop fixating on her and "focus on his wife". The HONEY hitmaker also confesses her marriage with the ex-Sony Music boss was so awful it has put her off settling down. She tells PageSix.com, "I don't know if I ever want to get married again. My last experience was so oppressive. "You know, Tommy called the head of my record label on the day my album came out to find out what it sold. "He still can't leave it alone. Why can't he focus on his wife?" Mottola has been married to Mexican singer THALIA since 2000.

I believe he is keeping track of her and why not? After all, he made her what she is today. She should be happy he is still taking an interest in his investment. It's making her money too.

Thalia is a major BITCH. I can't stand her. And I find it highly believable that Tommy, being in the industry is still very interested on Mariah's career and her sales. Not like he wants her back, just interested on her fan base. Tommy came across as an idiot when he was on American Idol a few weeks back. He swears he knows it all and the guy was getting all flustered on camera. He's a perv....when Thalia hits 35 he'll trade her in for another 20 yr-old. He likes 'em young. Thalia is his 3rd or 4th wife.

What do these beautiful young women see in this ugly old man he's not even handsome. I don't mean to sound shallow but he doesn't really come across as having an amazing personality or anything.

As much as Mariah works so hard to present herself as an exaggerated sex kitten, she seems so completely asexual to me. I think that's why she irritates me. She's like the equivalent of a 6 year old girl in dress up clothes, striking sexy little poses. It's entertaining, but not sexy. And in a woman Mariah's age, it's not cute, either.

Does she date? You almost never hear about her with a date, or a boyfriend. I don't even get a lesbian vibe from her. It's very weird.

^^^One of two things he's either filthy rich or hung like a bear. That is what I think when hot women (Thalia, NOT Mariah) are married to ugly old men.

people will say what they will about mariah, but at least mariah can SING. thalia does 90% full playback in concert (she lip-syncs), and that's widely known in the latin music community. she can do her choreography and is cute at it, but is nowhere near being the vocal powerhouse mariah is. i don't know if she's a bitch, but peeps say she's fakey. ohhhh tommy. i hope thalia gets good trade in value.
