The queen of pop, 47, is currently in talks with the Swedish clothing giant which ditched 32-year-old Kate last September after the Daily Mirror exposed her cocaine abuse.
Her Madgesty's spokesperson tells us: "Madonna is in talks with H&M but nothing has been 100 per cent confirmed yet."
