Britney Spears planning surprise divorce?

How serious are Britney Spears’ marital woes?

So serious, according to one report, that she’s met with her family and lawyer — but not hubby Kevin Federline — and the topic of divorce came up.

“Brit’s been very unhappy, and I think she needs to find some peace,” a source told Life & Style Weekly. “Once the Spears family gets its game plan together, the idea is to spring a divorce on Kev without warning.”

Spears’ rep denies that there are problems with the marriage, but an insider told the mag that Spears was so angry with her partying hubby that she threw out all his liquor.

“She’s not going to let him make her feel like a guest in her own home anymore,” the insider said. “The new rules include no smoking or drinking, since secondhand smoke is bad for the kids.”

The two are, however, also reportedly having happier disagreements: over what to call the second baby. Although Spears has yet to confirm it, the buzz is that she’s pregnant with another child, rumored to be a girl.

Federline wants to name the baby Julia after his mom, according to In Touch Weekly, but Britney would rather name the baby Lillian after her own maternal grandmother. “She also likes the names Emily and Lola,” says a friend.

Well, if Kfed can read---which is debatable--it won't be much of a shock now.

Divorcing him would be the SMART thing to do ... so we all know that ain't gonna happen.

She isn't bright enough to have planned this. He's stupid enough to walk into it, though. Either way, if it's true - good for her and it's about damn time. She's still ruined though & now she'll be dragging two kids down with her...pity.

I think that she loves his sorry ass. He will hang on as long as possible, and keep knocking her up because that is his toe hold....his meal ticket is the kids...if she is really unhappy, she will learn soon enough that a new baby will put that final strain on a difficult relationship...

No kidding. She should have banished him from smoking in the house when she was pregnant. Fucking idiot. Of course, if she was smoking when pregnant and/or in the house, maybe she couldn't ban him...
