The battle between Heather Locklear and Denise Richards has been described by one neighbor of the pair as a battle just like ABC's Desperate Housewives and Wisteria Lane.

The two live almost next door to each other in an LA area neighborhood.
Though no one's house has been burned down as on last night's episode of Desperate Housewives it appears that the neighbors are backing Heather.

A report in Star Magazine claims that the neighbors are giving the sultry 44-year old blonde support over Denise.

In the enclave of Westlake Village one neighbor is quoted in the magazine, "What Denise did was unforgivable. She betrayed heather, Heather's daughter and all of us who live here," the unnamed neighbor says.

"This is a family oriented community and the last person I want living here is Denise Richards," another neighbor is quoted in the magazine as saying.

Looks like Denise won't be at any Tupperware parties on the cul-de-sac anytime soon.

Richie already has gotten the boot - at least from the home he once shared with Heather. The guitarist for Bon Jovi reportedly had his "stuff" loaded up in a 'Mr. Move" moving van and shipped out by Heather to a storage area, reports the magazine.

And if he does move in with Denise - that doesn't seem like it would warm the neighbors at all given the reaction to the just the idea of Denise and Richie dating.

This is juvenile. It's hardly the first time something like this has happened, especially in Hollywood and rock 'n roll. It's none of the neighbour's damn business anyway.

I agree with Pacific. Nosy fucking neighbors are annoying as hell. Sure, Denise is a skanky ex-hooker but if that's what Richie's into, that's his game.

Still....it doesn't mean it's right. Both Richie and Denise deserve any backlash they get as far as I'm concerned. Besides, Heather's always been the 'dream girl' everyone guy wants to be with so his loss. I'm sure Denise will soon regret her decision to choose a man over friendship anyway.

She is vindictive and spiteful, and her behaviour has been deplorable...SHE dumped Richie, SHE abandoned Denise and then told lies so as to win public sympathy. To be honest, Denise has nothing to hide and has done nothing wrong which is why she feels confident in what she is doing. She and HEather haven't spoken since January and Richie and herself grew closer from March-onwards. It's completely understandable that they would find common ground with eachother, and support. Richie has long been known for being a wonderful person and Denise has obviously turned to him in her time of need, she is DAMN LUCKY to have him.

Heather MAY have previously been the ''dream girl'' for guys, in a lifetime 20 years ago...not any more. Her face is ravaged from plastic surgery gone wrong where she is living out her mid-life crisis. It's far from Richie's loss, he has one of the most beautiful women in the world now, a woman who genuinely wants a family life and did everything she could to maintain the one she had only to get treated like DIRT.

Denise won't regret not having HEather in her life for a SECOND, quite frankly Heather doesn't deserve to be spat on IN MY OPINION. She comes across as being self-centred, career obsessed and narcissistic, and Denise and Richie got caught in the cross fire of that. This is Heather's karma coming back to bite her in the ass, and from what I can see Denise isn't the one moping about, she is with her kids and making sure that they are having a good time and growing up well in as stable an enviroment as she can give them at the moment.

Where's the actula proof that she was a prostitute, what's the source because up until now it's only been known as a malicious rumour, founded by no evidence or source.

Denise is moving on from her mistake of believing that Charlie had changed. She has crossed the path of La Locklear in the aftermath and Heather is making the most of it. Simple as that.

Look, you have your opinion and I have mine. I totally disagree with yours. Putting everything else aside, the bottom line is that Denise fucked Heather's husband. You don't know the circumstances anymore than me, but atleast with my point, it wouldn't matter what the hell Heather may have done to deserve it (like anyone does anything to deserve it), you just don't cross that line!!! If you don't mind your friends stompin' on your territory, good on ya. I do!

And just what are you talking about with regard to publicity machines? Who? What? Denise doesn't need to do what she's doing to make a point about Charlie. He's always was an asshole and always will be. The public already knows this and it really doesn't matter what Martin Sheen and the like have to say. The gig is up for Charlie boy. My feelings for Denise are totally separate from the 'Charlie' situation. It only proves what a twit she was to marry him in the first place knowing this is probably how it would end up. You talk about a stable household. In the Sheen family? With a cheating Dad AND a cheating Mom. Yeah, nice! Lucky kids to have two such 'concerned' parents. We should all be so lucky.

In the end, Heather won't be wasting any tears. The public is on her side and not because of any brainwashing on Heather's part. Anybody with any morals simply knows you don't mess around with another woman's husband and more importantly, their best friends. If you think there is more to it than that, I feel sorry for ya!

Gee, where were their kids when they hooked up? They are both claiming that's where their focus is but, frankly I haven't seen any recent photos of either of the two of them with their kids. I have however seen photos of Richards dry humping Richie on a balcony and I've read where she's banned the grandparents from seeing her kids - where is that in her kids' best interest??

Richie is no longer Heather's husband, as I said Heather not only dumped him but has been with David Spade for months. SHE defined when their marriage ended not Richie, and in turn couldn't wait to swan around with her new boyfriend. No, Heather didn't do anything to ''deserve'' it, but at the same time they were no longer friends and hadn't even spoken for several months. Richie was no longer Heather's ''territory'', she couldn't have cared less about him and jsut didn't want him any longer. To still claim him as ''territory'' now as Heather seems to be doing, or at least the media, is just crazy IMO.

Denise and Heather were never ''best friends'', they were certainly close but HEather has two best friends in her life and neither of them were Denise, both of those best friends work with HEather, Lisa and Juliet.

As anyone who's followed the story knows Heather only ended the marriage because Richie was screwing around. Ummm...would you not do the same thing?? Honestly, would you not? It almost seems as though you see absolutely nothing wrong with a best friend screwing around behind a friends back with their husband, but you do seem to have a big problem with that wife having a right to walk away from a marraige because her husband is screwing her best friend. I really question your morals and how you could possibly even state - in writing no less - that you don't see a problem here! It's obvious that there is no sense reasoning with you.

...he may be the father of her child, but IF the rumours are to be believed (and they were certainly together on New YEars Eve at a club in Agoura Hills), Heather didn't think twice about him when she was with David Spade. Heather was the one who cheated on Richie, not the other way round. As I said, Heather defined when that relationship ended and had moved on before she even filed for divorce, that much was clear.

Richie was not cheating on Heather at all...if you're referring to the e-mail story, it was confirmed that the same e-mail was sent to all of the members of Bon JOvi, and their management. It was either a mistake or this particular woman was out to extort them.

Star magazine confirmed that David was there at the club in Agoura Hills that night. It is a relatively small club, and REO Speedwagon were playing...hardly a co-incidence that they were both there.

I just want to add that this is my opinion on the situation obviously, it's dfferent to yours obviously but I'm looking at it differently. You might think I'm delusional, however it is fair to say that when you're in the position Denise is in, you will seek support wherever you can get it and she and Richie have known eachother for years. It developed from there from what I can see, and is understandable as I said before because she knows she can trust Richie.
