Is Nicole Kidman seeing less of her kids?

Do Nicole Kidman & Keith Urban Get to See Her Kids Enough?

Nicole Kidman and Tom Cruise's adopted children Isabella, 13, and Connor, 11 were spotted everywhere by the paparazzi when they were snapping away at the fabulous Katie Holmes bump before she gave birth.

But they were always with their dad and his girlfriend, never with Nic and Keith Urban. Now Star Magazine asks - do Nic and beau Keith ever get to see the children?

The tabloid has this report online:

Nicole was last photographed in public with her children at an L.A. Lakers game Christmas 2004.

Although she has clearly spent some time with the children since then — and even introduced them to her groom-to-be, Keith, 38, over a casual, gigglefilled dinner at the Hotel Bel-Air in L.A. on Dec. 20 - it seems that Nicole just isn't as present in her kids' lives as she was before.

"Nicole probably isn't seeing as much of the kids as she'd like to, but her hands are tied," says a source. "She's juggling traveling from movie sets to Nashville and Australia to be with her family. If she wants to see the kids, she has to come to L.A. and deal with Tom."

Cue the rep: Nicole's rep told Star that she avoids being photographed with her kids for privacy reasons.

Star also reports an insider that claims that Tom is not actively keeping her out of their children's lives, but it's in his nature to control things," says a source. "He micromanages their schedule - sports, home-schooling, Scientology studies."

I'm guessing that's tight and add to that the distance as the kids are in LA and Nicole and Keith are in Nashville.

Is it a problem that Nicole is rarely seen with her kids and photographed? She probably gets in a lot of time with them - and just doesn't advertise it, so I'm guessing no.

yeah I've been saying this for a while; this woman is completely self-absorbed and shallow and vapid; she barely eats, is botoxed outta her mind and works nonstop all in the name of herself HERSELF HERSELF! hollywood parents aren't like normal parents; they don't really care about their kids but use them for self-affirmation and publicity and they spend way less time and attention on them than normal parents as well! Just look at how many Hollywood Kids become drug addicts and die young or wind up in court!

I choose to believe that Nicole doesn't have to use her kids for publicity like the midget does. Maybe when she has her kids, she'd rather stay home & watch a movie or something normal (that they don't get at their dad's).

yeah, i don't see her much as their mother...i think the whole adopting isabelle & conner was all part of the widget's diabolical plans.

I am leaning toward the privacy issue, too. Who knows how much either of them see them? It is very possible that TC doesn't spend much time with them, either...there are only so many hours in a day...
