"Anna's freaking out because she got pregnant by this guy, who's now saying, 'I want money and access to the kid,'" an insider tells our Gatecrashing colleague, Ben Widdicombe.

Smith's Supreme Court attorney, Kent Richland, declined to comment yesterday, referring our call to her manager-lawyer, Howard K. Stern, who couldn't be reached.

Richland said his client was present at Monday's Supreme Court hearing, where justices ruled the former stripper could press her claim for part of Marshall's $1.6 billion estate. But while Smith readily posed for photographers at a February hearing, she appears to have dodged lensmen Monday.

Smith has a 20-year-old son, Daniel, with Billy Smith, whom she married in 1985 and divorced in 1987.

The voluptuary hasn't been linked with anyone lately. Her former alleged paramours have included bodybuilder Clay Spires, actor Scott Baio and real estate mogul Jonathan McManus, as well as fellow Texan Sandi Powledge.

I think Anna Nicole may be a really nice person who puts on a dumb blonde act. She does have some drug/alcohol problems in her past, but I think she has overcome alot of bad things in her life. I think people judge her too harshly at times.

She married a dead guy that she picked up while working the strip joints in Houston and now she's being judged harshly? I don't think so, I think people are just judging her by what she's put out there for public consumption.

Because she was always so out of it and asked her son what he had for dinner after one of her late nights and he said "pizza". But what the bimbo heard was "pigsnot". Reports claim former reality TV star and Playboy playmate Anna Nicole Smith is pregnant.

Smith, 38, has a 20-year-old son, Daniel, from her first marriage. Just this week, Smith won a judgment from the Supreme Court that allows her to continue to seek part of the fortune left by her late husband, Texas oil tycoon J. Howard Marshall II. His estate has been estimated at as much as $1.6 billion.

The Supreme Court's decision, which was unanimous, brought unusual drama to the normally sedate high court.

Dressed in all black, she wept in the courtroom in late February as justices discussed Marshall and whether he had intended to provide for his young wife in death. When Smith arrived at the court, several photographers were knocked to the ground in a scuffle to photograph her.

She was a 26-year-old topless dancer when she married Marshall, then 89, in 1994. He died the following year, setting off an intense family fight.

Smith, the spokeswoman for a diet products company, had been awarded $474 million by a federal bankruptcy judge. That was later reduced by a federal district judge and then thrown out altogether by the San Francisco-based 9th Circuit. The case now goes back to California.
