Regular Visits From CPS for Britney Spears

Remember I said that if there was really any concern on the part of CPS they would flag her file and possibly start visiting her randomly? According to this article from Digital Spy it's already in the works. - Mmmmmmmuuhahahha!

Britney Spears will be visited twice every month by social workers who wish to check up on the well-being of her son Sean Preston.

The Department of Children and Family Services have told the singer that it is routine procedure to make regular visits to her household as Sean was treated for head injuries this month.

"Initial visits showed no parental neglect whatsoever," a source told the Daily Star. "But it's routine to have follow-up checks. It would be important to meet any new nanny or carer, for the purpose of updating records. There's no investigation pending."

Spears recently sacked her son's nanny as part of a long-term plan to become a better mother.

A friend added, "Britney could be mom of the year. She's constantly in touch with Sean's doctor, who tells her things like, don't leave the baby on high surfaces."

Any mother with half a brain doesn't need a doctor to tell her that you don't leave a baby on a high surface. For crying out loud!

Good. If it ensures the safety of the baby, it can only be a good thing. Plus if the situation of K-fed and Britney's house wasn't being regulalarly monitored, people would moan for pages and pages, so I don't see the problem.

Isn't it strange that you need a license to own a dog, but anybody can get pregnant and give birth to a child?

My mom & I were talking about Britney & I said "Well, it was a routine visit from CPS" & my mom looked at me & said, "I know MANY parents, & I have NEVER even heard of CPS visiting a home...let alone for a 'routine visit.'" So I think it's very disturbing CPS is there so often.

I used to be a CPS LSW years ago. If there's something fishy going on CPS will make a home visit. If they think there's reason they'll flag the file and start making monitoring visits. I think someone at CPS must believe there's reason to visit. They're not going just to get KFed's autograph or fawn on Twitney.

There are a million articles from reputable news organizations like MSNBC and CNN in the last few days stating that she's 5 months along. Looking more and more true now but she's not announced it.

CPS are way too busy for unnecessary visits. Why would they
continue to visit if it was the nanny's fault and she has been
fired? hmmm.....

As dumb as she and Federjerk are, it's better than never. Lil Cheeto could be far worse if the CPS didnt grab her attention, her so-called maternal instincts really havent kicked in yet.

I use this exact same example all of the time bella, except I say license to carry a gun!

No shit! We adopted twice and you would not believe the process, which of course is made to protect children. State fingerprinted, FBI fingerprinted, 4 visits from a social worker, 4 letters of recommendation (sent privately). It was absolutely worth it, but a shame that anyone can have a baby, such as Kevin Federline.

I wonder if when they were there, the SWer's found weed or paraphenalia. That could be why they are making these routine visits.
