Rose McGowan almost arrested

Actress Rose McGowan was almost arrested at a Hollywood party on Tuesday night after mistaking a security guard for a stalker. The Charmed star ended up handcuffed after confronting the man, who her representative says was "standing uncomfortably close to her." Dominique Appel tells the New York Daily News, "When Rose asked him to move away, words were exchanged. It happened he was a security guard. She was handcuffed and taken outside." After explaining herself to club bosses, McGowan was let go - and joked to pals, "If you need to be handcuffed, do it in a Dolce & Gabbana dress!"
