Tom Cruise thrills an octogenarian at MI:3 Premiere

Hollywood star TOM CRUISE broke his 'audience mingling' record in London last night (25APR06) - spending four hours talking to fans outside the British premiere of MISSION: IMPOSSIBLE III. The actor initially cancelled his European promotional activities for the action sequel, following the birth of his daughter SURI last week (18APR06), but his fiancee KATIE HOLMES urged him to fulfil his original engagements. On Monday (23APR06), Cruise appeared at the world premiere of the movie in Rome, Italy, before flying with his adopted children ISABELLA and CONNOR to the British capital for last night's screening in Leicester Square. Cruise thrilled fan DOROTHY MILTON, who was celebrating her 80th birthday yesterday, with a big birthday kiss, before she was brought onto the red carpet to talk to the waiting press. Cruise is well-known for his meet-and-greets in London - he previously spent two-and-a-half hours meeting the crowd at THE LAST SAMURAI London premiere in 2004 and 90 minutes at the MINORITY REPORT screening two years earlier (02).

Wow, so an 80 yr old woman has the hots for him, and more interesting would have been the "number" of fans who turned out. Probably just a few street people who managed to walk in front of the theater. Maybe there is a whole army of scientologist fans "planted" in the crowd, who are programmed to be there with mind control techniques

maybe he was talking for 4 hours with 3 fans...lol
