Does Lindsay Lohan Have Eyes for Jessica Simpson almost ex-hubby Nick Lachey? That's the claim in a published report released on Friday. La Lohan, who may be currently dating director Brett Ratner, has set her sights on Nick, reports Life & Style Weekly.


Lindsay after Jess's Nick for spite?

The reason - according to the magazine - revenge.

“The next time I see Nick Lachey out, you’d better believe I’m going to be all over him. And he’s such a dog, he’d go for it,” Lindsay told a pal.

“It’ll be nice for him to finally hook up with an A-lister,” she added, referring to Nick’s string of romances with aspiring actress Lizzie Arnold, Laguna Beach star Kristin Cavallari and, most recently, MTV VJ Vanessa Minnillo.

The magazine reports that Lindsay’s rep denies the story, but a Jess insider is appalled by Lindsay’s plan.

"To say that she’s going to go after someone else’s ex-husband? That’s just nasty,” says the insider.

It would be especially shocking to Jess, who’s puzzled by Lindsay’s anger.

“Jess feels sorry for her because she had such a miserable childhood,” the insider says. But if Linds were to hook up with Nick, Jess would take it in stride. “Nick seems to be bedding everyone else,” says the insider. “If Lindsay wants to add herself to the list, that’s just fine.”

Who is Chestica to criticize about dysfunctional families? Nick pretty much said there were too many people in his marriage, Him, Jessica, and Daddy Joe.
