Splitting up ... actress GillianX-FILES beauty Gillian Anderson is splitting from her husband, it was announced last night.
The flame-haired star wed film maker Julian Ozanne, 42, in January 2005, her second marriage.
They set up home in London with her 11-year-old daughter.
But the couple’s solicitors, Schillings, said last night: “The marriage is at an end. They are in the process of separating.”
Chicago-born Gillian, 37, is best known as X-Files’ Scully, but recently received a Bafta Best Actress nomination for her portrayal of Lady Dedlock in the BBC adaptation of Bleak House.

The rumor for years has been that her kid Piper is Duchovny's. The story she'd have us believe is that she got pregnant by a guy named Clyde Klotz who was working on The X-Files the first season. They dated for a nanosecond, she got pregnant, they got married and then divorced in almost the same breath.

I think she's always had a reputation for being very flakey and flighty. There was recent rumor she'd fallen off the wagon after years of sobriety and unless something has changed in the last few years, I don't think she has custody of her daughter.
