Charlie Sheen / Denise Richards divorce; abuse allegations, underage hookers and porn

(April 21) -- TMZ has learned that Denise Richards' lawyer went to court Friday, alleging that her estranged husband Charlie Sheen has threatened her and that his alleged pornography and prostitution habits have put their children at risk. Sheen has specifically denied most of Richards' allegations.

In the documents, filed Friday in Los Angeles Superior Court, Richards alleges that Sheen pushed her, shoved her and threatened to kill her. Richards also claims in her declaration that Sheen made threats against her parents. In his own declaration, Sheen denied making threats.

Richards says in her declaration that during their reconciliation last September, she discovered Sheen was visiting websites with "very young girls, who looked underage to me, with pigtails, braces, no pubic hair, performing oral sex with each other."

Richards also claims in her 17-page declaration that Sheen accessed other websites "…involving gay pornography also involving very young men who also did not look like adults."

The declaration, filled with lurid allegations, was filed by her new lawyer, Neal Hersh. Richards also claims Sheen has problems with gambling and prostitution.

Richards says that Sheen told her that he has a madam.

Richards, who sought a restraining order, claims that Sheen told her after she allegedly discovered the websites, "I hope you f-king die, bitch."

In addition to asking for a restraining order, Richards asked that either Sheen's visitation rights be suspended or monitored.

The judge granted Richard's petititon. Sheen is ordered to stay 300 feet away from Richards and also required that Sheen's visitation with the children be monitored.

The couple has two daughters, two-year-old Sam and Lola, who will turn one in June.

Richards filed for divorce in March, 2005.

TMZ called Sheen's publicist, Stan Rosenfield, who said "For the last year Charlie Sheen has been hit with these ridiculous charges over and over and over again and has chosen to be a respectful gentleman and just respond with no comment."

Sheen's lawyer, Lance Spiegel, says "Mr. Sheen strongly believes that it is in the best interests of his children to have frequent and substantial contact with each of their parents. His children are his priority and he intends to do everything possible to assure that he will continue to play a significant role in their lives. He regrets the necessity of the court's involvement in this dispute but looks forward to establishing that he is a loving and committed father."

I believe it. It's pretty clear he is a sex addict and I wouldn't put it past him to be prowling under age sex sites. Sex addicts look for more and more risque, perverted vices to get them off. He's gross. Why the fuck did she try to reconcile with him, blech.

Richards added that she also discovered that Sheen "belonged to several sex search type sites" on which he "looked for women to have sex with." His online profile, Richards noted, included a photo of "his erect penis." The Richards evisceration also portrays Sheen as a lousy father who urged her to abort their first child. And, when she was about to give birth to their second child via a C-section, Sheen's attention was "diverted to his pager for the results of his betting." (17 pages)

OK, I'll admit that this was a bit of a shock, but sadly inevitable given the custody battle between them...

what I will say is that Denise is obviously lacking in sound judgment, repeatedly going back to him despite the behaviour she's claiming which is ultimately completely reprehensible IF TRUE.

I would also love to add that she was out partying with Heather Locklear on Dec 31st....I'm sorry, but if it were me and myself, my daughters and my parents had been verbally and possibly physically attacked with death threats being made, I would not be out partying New Years Eve or not. I also think she has been playing games with the media, setting up photo opportunities with the paps more times than I can count, and she does refer to the pictures of her leaving the clinic following the AIDS test which says Charlie believes were set up.

I am NOT CONDONING CHARLIE SHEEN in any way, because at the end of the day something is obviously wrong if the judge saw fit to grant the restraining order, but Denise is definitely playing games IMO. Something about her and her behaviour doesn't QUITE ring true to me....the little Miss Dumb act doesn't sit comfortably and I have a very funny feeling that this is going to get MUCH MUCH worse.

I don't find it shocking at all. People just don't change too much, usually. He has always had a taste for hookers and porn stars. He gave up an obsession for cocaine. I have met many men in AA and NA who grow more perverse sexually as they sober up. They don't recover-they switch addictions. Addictions grow worse over time not better-it is part of the disease paradigm. So he is about where he should be. His actions make sense.

I totally believe it. Sex addicts are messed up and get worse and worse. My ex was a sex addict. I'd rather deal with an alcoholic (he had problems with that, too, but not as bad).

No surprising news here. The guy is a prick - always was - alway will be. The only people I feel sorry for here are their daughters. Children always seem to suffer the consequences of their parents' bad choices.

Denise knew what she was getting into. How could you not be suspicious of a guy who says about his first wife: "You buy a car, it breaks down," when the marriage ended six months later? There is not one redeeming quality about this guy so what Denise, who - if we're being honest - could probably have any man in the world, would see in this asshole is beyond any comprehension to me.

To be perfectly honest, I've never found him the least bit attractive. Do people really think he's hot? Really???
