The rumor mill said that is why they divorced. Tom is shooting blanks and that was evidence that Nicole was seeing someone else.
IMO, I think it was classy of Nicole to congratulate Katie. She knows how much money you get for the performance of a life time.  Is it a wonder she won an Oscar?
