And now for some stupid celebrity news that isn't Tomkat related. You all know how much Britney Spears loves being in the spotlight and how every single day there's some nasty tittle tattle emerging about her or McSkeevy or lil' SPF so in light of the fact that the Wack Pack (Tomkat) has pushed them off the front page of the tabloids I'm predicting we're about to see a wave of Britney related stories suddenly swelling like garbage on an ocean of rolling waves. Here's todays...
Someone needs to tell her she cannot sue for being a dumb aass, assembling the chair wrong or using it incorrectly or with a child too young to be sitting in it. From National Ledger.

Britney Spears to Sue High-Chair Maker Over Baby Injury?
By Tina Sims
Apr 19, 2006
Britney Spears again took a lot of heat over the fact that her little one Sean Preston Federline fell from his high chair and cracked his little skull.
Once the story broke last week and she was forced to rush the baby to the hospital - she was even visited by California authorities to make certain it was indeed an accident.
Reports detailed thatthe Child Potective Services concluded that it was.
And now a report set for publication from 'In Touch Weekly claims Britney may sue the High-Chair maker over the baby's injury.

Jeannette Walls delivers the scoop citing In Touch as the source.
A nanny was taking the seven-month-old tot from his high chair earlier this month when “something snapped,” according to a report in People magazine. The singer reportedly thinks a high chair might be to blame
Baby Sean Preston was taken to the hospital, where he was deemed okay, but now Spears is looking into suing the maker of the chair, according to In Touch Weekly. “The chair’s back broke,” a “family insider” explained to the mag.
“She’s going to see if there was a fault in the chair.”
***
Interesting strategy, but may be a tough court battle if it is ever filed.

So it's the highchairs fault? Not that maybe it wasn't put together right. I didn't buckle the baby in correctly. No, not my fault. Someone else is to blame. Just like someone else is to blame that you are a fat hasbeen who could never sing in the first place and married a loser. Britney, get over yourself already. The rest of us are just laughing at what a mess you have made of your life. The funniest thing about it all is that you really had it made at one point and you chucked it all for someone who made it onto the most unsexiest man list. Couldn't have had your pick of any man in Hollywood. loser.

What a dumbass, if she'd put the baby in the high chair properly he wouldn't have fallen out! So what happens when he falls off a swing or smacks his head on a wall? Are you going to find the man who built it and sue him too?

Even if it was a faulty chair, I think it's best if she lets sleeping dogs lie at this point.

Britney may sue over baby’s fall from high chair
MSNBC
Updated: 2:49 a.m. ET April 19, 2006
Britney Spears’ baby boy recently fell and bonked his head, but the singer reportedly thinks a high chair might be to blame.
A nanny was taking the seven-month-old tot from his high chair earlier this month when “something snapped,” according to a report in People magazine.
Meanwhile, Shar Jackson — the mother of two children by Spears’ hubby, Kevin Federline — reportedly doesn’t have great faith in Spears’ mothering abilities.
“Shar told Kevin that Britney can’t be alone with their kids,” a source told the mag. “Shar said that if Kevin wants to see their kids, he and Britney must do it at a hotel. “She doesn’t know what goes on at their house and there are too many strangers hanging around.”

Yeah, and there are no strangers hanging around hotels.
Also, the chair's BACK broke?! WTF? If the nanny dropped an anvil on it, that's one thing, but taking an infant out of a high chair doesn't usually involve the high-impact gyrations that would break a high chair back.

It would if Nanny was roughly slamming the kid around in the first place while Britney napped...
