Colombian pop beauty SHAKIRA has been confirmed as the headliner at this year's (06) soccer World Cup in Germany, performing alongside hip-hop star WYCLEF JEAN. The singer will perform her new hit MY HIPS DON'T LIE before the championship decider on 9 July at Berlin's Olympic stadium. Her record label Sony BMG has enthusiastically endorsed the choice, insisting Shakira will be the perfect warm-up to a nail-biting match. I agree, she's gorgeous in that video.
