Madonna fed up with Guy Ritchie's obsession with martial arts
Quote:
HE puts up with her relentless fitness regime, but Guy Ritchie's really getting it in the neck from his wife Madonna over his martial arts obsession.
We're told Madge is fed up with her film director hubby always doing judo and jiu-jitsu.
A close pal tells us: "Guy says Madonna always complains that he spends every spare second down at his local centre fighting - but he'd never give it up."
According to the friend, most of the pair's bodyguards are also jiu-jitsu fans and they all practise at the couple's Marylebone mansion.
But Madonna, 47, doesn't want kids Lourdes, nine, and Rocco, five, exposed to violence of any sort.
Well who'd want a real-life Fight Club in their home? Unless Brad Pitt came along, of course...
The couple have been hit by rumours of marriage trouble, so perhaps it's no surprise Guy uses his regular jiu-jitsu bouts to unwind.
Says the pal: "He turns up at the martial arts centre at the end of the very hardest class - just for the fights. He says it's the only thing that de-stresses him."
In an interview, 37-year-old Guy has admitted: "I tried yoga for six months and it's not for me. I do judo or Brazilian jiu-jitsu, where men grapple one another while wearing Speedos in mud. No, that's not true, but it's a sort of sophisticated wrestling."
This week Guy's dad admitted his son and Madonna - who's gearing up for a sell-out tour that starts in LA next month - had vowed to put their marriage troubles behind them for the sake of their kids.
John Ritchie said: "It's the children that are keeping them together. The children mean everything to them."
Meanwhile, his old friend Vinnie Jones has said he feels Guy has had trouble dealing with his superstar wife's fame.
"I think it really shook him. He didn't know what he was getting into," he confided. "They fell in love, and when you fall in love, you don't look at the outskirts, do you?"

This sounds like a weak relationship

Team Guy!
Madonna sounds like a bossy macho man who cannot stand that his spouse has hobbies and interests outside his own.

I think Vinnie Jones is on to something. It can't be an easy life for anyone.

Who is she to say who's has been spending more time where ever!
How long has she been around her children, or him. You rarley even see them together. So much promotion in her self absorbored music,I dont blame him for taking martial arts after puting up with Vadge demands.

I think she married him thinking his ego wasn't strong enough
to clash with hers -- "Two tigers cannot live on the same
mountain," etc. -- and he's out to prove her wrong.
