David Gest takes swipe at Liza Minnelli's weight

The legendary performer appeared on America's LARRY KING LIVE show on 15 March (06) to promote the release of her 1972 re-mastered special LIZA WITH A "Z".

Gest was appearing on US talk show JIMMY KIMMEL LIVE yesterday (05APR06), when he was asked if he saw his ex-wife's interview on the show.

After hesitating for a while Gest finally said, "Yeah, I saw it... She's eating well."

After the studio audience objected to his comment Gest shot back, "I'm just saying, she's eating well. That's not mean. Is that mean?"

Gest confirmed the reality show the couple filmed for US network VH1 could be released on DVD, but admits he is unsure whether his famous ex-spouse will star.

Guest added, "I own the rights to the show. There's RAY CHARLES, LUTHER VANDROSS, all these people on the first show, great show, but Liza has to approve her appearances. So you may see part of the show, but not with Liza."

Remember these two crazy kids on 'Entertainment Tonight' right after they got married?? They 'interviewed' each other, it was hilarious. David said, quite often, that Liza was the best lover he had ever had.....
So you know, that was obvious overcompensation....they have probably never seen each other naked.

I read an article in which she thought it was "cute" that no matter what she ordered in a restaurant he would intervene before it reached the table and she would get broiled fish and steamed vegetables EVERY time. Phuck head.
