Garth Brooks' Ex Kidnapped

The ex-wife of Country singer GARTH BROOKS experienced a kidnapping ordeal at her Oklahoma home on Monday, according to authorities. SANDY BROOKS was kidnapped at gunpoint by QUINTINE CORNELIUS HARPER, 24, a man who worked on her farm who was wanted on an outstanding warrant.

When Brooks allowed a bail bondsman onto her property to apprehend Harper, the worker reportedly drew a weapon and forced Brooks into a car and forced her to drive away. After driving for several miles, Brooks stopped the car and fled into a convenience store, according to Rogers County undersheriff BARRY LAMB, who says Harper was arrested and charged Tuesday with kidnapping and weapons offenses.

Brooks, who was married to Garth for 15 years, shares three children with her ex, but none were reportedly present at the time of the kidnapping. Garth is currently married to Country singer TRISHA YEARWOOD.
