Irish movie star JONATHAN RHYS MEYERS has praised TOM CRUISE's on-set professionalism - even though it is often more than a little nerve-wracking.
The screen hunk, who worked alongside Cruise on MISSION: IMPOSSIBLE III, claims the 43-year-old actor has no time for nonsense.
He says, "I was nervous. Tom runs a very tight ship. "Luckily, I don't drink because you do not turn up to a TOM CRUISE film set hungover. You do not turn up late and you don't muck around. He will not stand for any s**t. H's strict with himself and everyone he works with."

What? Did Tomthumb direct the film? 'Cause I thought the director was running the ship, not some large-nosed midget with issues.

Sounds to me like Tom suffers from shortman syndrome and needs to be in control to make himself seem like a bigger man.. Not working as he just comes across as a kook.

All John had to do was tell Tom to bend over for a few. Or is Tom the pitcher?

Luckily he DOES smoke tons of Meth! That IS acceptable on a Tom Cruise set! Drinking-bad. Meth-good.

I thought high doses of niacin and sweating in a sauna was the best medicine.

I used to like JRM.
But he looks creepier this past couple years. Not so hot anymore.
