Mother and son are reportedly doing fine.

It seems like everyone in Hollywood is either having newborns or getting pregnant. A major baby boom going on there.

I don't really get the "baby machine" or "get them comdoms" comments, if they have the love+time+energy+money to grow 4 kids or more, I think it's great they do it.

4 kids used to be pretty standard not too terribly long ago. I grew up Catholic...schools and all. I'm one of three, which was fewer in number than at least half the families whose kids I went to school with. A few struggled financially, but plenty never wanted for anything. I'm sure the O'Donnell's can afford it!
