The TOXIC singer was celebrating husband KEVIN FEDERLINE's 28th birthday in Sin City on Tuesday night (21MAR06) with a decadent dinner at Tao restaurant.

Although Spears was seen knocking back the cosmopolitan cocktails (vodka, triple sec, cranberry and lime juice), she still seemed to have an appetite for two, devouring spare ribs, crispy tuna, pork rolls, lobster tempura and Chilean sea bass, among other Asian delicacies at the hip nightspot.

After the main course, Federline's birthday cake was delivered by two female "little people", who climbed atop a table to sing, "Happy Birthday", according to the New York Daily News.

The couple then moved the party to Pure nightclub, where Spears was seen kicking off her shoes and dancing to music by PRINCE.

Maybe she thinks alcohol is good for growing fetuses? She's such trailer trash, who knows what goes on in her mind. I hope she is pregnant though so she will never be able to resurrect her career.

I hope she's just getting fat. That's a whole lot easier to fix than having a second baby in a damaged marriage. If she's pregnant and drinking like that and, presumably, dancing in a smokey bar, she's an idiot.

Some of the other news sources are saying that the cocktail knocking back isn't true. Apparently TMZ has video footage of large parts of the night and she's neither drinking or smoking.

Who knows, we'll find out sooner or later and it's not like Britney didn't smoke/drink during lil' Sunscreen's gestation..

Is it known for certain that the drinks had alcohol in them? Is that giving her too much credit? It wouldn't surprise if she drank while pregnant. Having a drink or two during the course of pregnancy probably won't hurt the baby, but drinking every night sure as hell will.
