Pete Doherty openly does drugs during Rolling Stones interview
Quote:
March 22, 2006 -- PETE Doherty sure knows how to get an interview off the ground. When Rolling Stone's Mark Binelli tracked down the junkie ex-boyfriend of Kate Moss in a ramshackle drug den in Hackney, England, Doherty kicked off the Q&A by snort ing some heroin. "Over the next three hours, Doherty will also smoke crack, shoot heroin and take an 'ecstasy' pill," Bi nelli relates. "He does all of this casually, and openly, except for the shooting up, which he performs near the kitchenette, with his back to us. He offers me heroin and ecstasy but not crack. I decline. The more drugs Doherty does, the more he seems to relax. He never becomes incoherent, though occa sionally he seems confused."

I wonder why he wouldn't share his crack?

The annoying thing is, when this twat finally snuffs it he is going to be deified as some kind of Bryon-esque character, when in reality he is a grubby little junkie. And by the sounds of this article, it won't be long.

And he'll also be deified as some tortured musical genius, ala Kurt Cobain. I listened to a bit of his music just to see what the hoopla's all about, and it left me cold. Was not impressed.

I was a fan of his. I love The Libs and Babyshambles are not that bad.
But he is just sad and pathetic. Where is the death pool?

Good god.. railing smack, shooting it, smoking crack and then probably doing E just to calm down...
Can you imagine what he feels like when all that crap wears off?

Would he really do this in front of someone? I mean smoking it BEFORE would be one thing, but to openly do it during the entire interview?

And the reporter didn't have a problem with it? It just seems stupid. It's not like sitting down with this guy would be the interview of your career-the one make or break interview....
I just don't see how or why people would be so open and accepting of this? Unless you were in a party type setting, mind you **then only weed, beer and xanax!**

Have some sort of problem with him pulling out the shit right there....well, at least he was polite enough to shoot up out of sight. Believe me I have done well over my fair share of drugs, but this is stupid....everyone knows he is a addict apparently, did the reporter think he was gonna sell more mags because he said he did drugs in the article?
IMO no addict should be given carte blanche to just do what ever the fuck they want to just because they are semi famous and have a problem. Lock his ass up in rehab and do a story on that Mr. Reporter....
 rant over, sorry
