I like them both. But maybe because my exposure to them has been limited?? Yeah, I know Mary wears fur, and I can forgive her for that. Because I'm not perfect, either, and I eat meat, wear leather, yadda yadda...
I will say this, though: Lauryn Hill has never struck me as racist. She just recognizes that we need to empower ourselves, and she's doing her part. Or has. I've no idea what she's up to now...
