Mar 16, 2006 Brad Pitt's Bible belt family has reportedly demanded that he marry his very pregnant girlfriend Angelina Jolie. And they want the wedding to take place immediately.

The story will be published in this week's Life & Style Magazine and the family reportedly has a slew of concerns.

--They are fearful that Angelina is going to dump Brad and take the kids, and his parents know that if she makes an honest man of their son, at least he will have a better standing to keep the kids.
--They fear that Brad and Angie’s relationship may not last and if they don’t exchange vows, Brad’s parental rights to the baby - not to mention Maddox, 4, and Zahara, 1, whom he has formally adopted - could be compromised.
“Bill and Jane want to see Brad cover his assets,” says a friend of Brad’s. “And in this case, those assets are the children. They feel it’s not a question of if the couple breaks up but when.”

But Angie, 30, refuses to rush into her third marriage to appease Brad’s parents. “Brad wants to marry her,” says another pal.
There are a slew of wedding rumors, but still the couple is unmarried with two kids and one on the way.

And come on, he's the legal father to all of those kids. She can't just up and take them away from him. He has rights no matter what their marital status is.

I call BS on this one. Of course, maybe his grandma Betty is yapping to the press again. Still, I hope his family doesn't get into his business like this.

I don't think it matters if they marry or not. If they decide to make it official, good for them...if not it doesn't matter. I don't know how long they'll last, but with 3 kids between them now, I don't think it's going to be a flash in the pan...they'll be together a while. Angelina and Billy Bob didn't have any kids together--nothing kept them together. It was just pure lust. Same with Brad and Jennifer. I think Brad and Angelina are going to have their hands full with their child, their adopted children, their career and God knows what else.

3 years seem to be the norm for Angelina.......she was married to Miller for 3 and Billy bob for 3!! Brad.........??? Time will tell.
