Juliette Lewis snubs acting for rock

Actress-turned-rocker JULIETTE LEWIS has vowed never to return to her Hollywood roots - unless she is offered a truly impressive script.

The NATURAL BORN KILLERS star launched punk band JULIETTE AND THE LICKS in 2003 and spent several months last year (05) touring.

And she has no regrets about her sudden career change.

She says, "For something to take me away from the music right now, it has to be spectacular. I don't want to settle for something less than a really interesting film director."

I usually HATE crossovers from acting to singing and vica versa, but i actually like her and her band. I even have a couple of their songs on my iPod.

I dont know why but I always imagined her sound to be a bit like Peaches. I am going to have to check out her stuff sometime.
