Default Marcia Cross hates shooting fight scenes

DESPERATE HOUSEWIVES star MARCIA CROSS hates shooting fight scenes with her son on the hit show and insists that they hug immediately after.
The star's character, BREE, has a tumultuous relationship with teenage son SHAWN (ANDREW PYFROM).

She explains, "It gets really bad. We do these horrifying scenes together and then run and hug each other afterwards. I'm madly in love with him in person. I had to slap him and I can barely finish the scene before I run up and say, 'I'm so sorry!'"

She's afraid that if he slaps her back, her mask/face will crack.
