Elle Macpherson split turning ugly?

February 24, 2006 -- ELLE Macpherson's split with longtime love Arky Busson isn't turning out to be as amicable as she hoped, we hear. The Aussie supermodel and the Swiss financier, the father of her two sons, broke up last summer, declaring they'd "decided to spend some time apart to consider our future." The couple, who got engaged in 2002 but never wed, stated they still had a "wonderful relationship." But we're told Busson is now demanding sole custody of their boys. "He's jealous and he wants to hurt her," a source close to the supermodel told PAGE SIX's Jared Paul Stern. "This is like a final [bleep] you. He doesn't want her to have a life without him." Macpherson declined to discuss her personal life, but a friend of hers conceded there are "custody issues." Busson could not be reached. Both parties have tried to shield their children from any acrimony and still celebrate the kids' birthdays together.
