At a BAFTA after-party on Sunday (19FEB06), Barton denied there was a rivalry with Hilton, but admitted she wasn't impressed with the reality TV star's attitude, saying, "She seems to hate everyone around her age who is more successful."

In response, Hilton tells the New York Daily News, "I don't even know the girl. I could care less. It seems like she's the one trying to stir up a rivalry. I've never said a word about her in my life. But she seems to be spending a lot of time thinking about me."

Barton's publicist insists the actress was "joking" when discussing Hilton.

It's couldn't care less, you dolt. Why doesn't she go get an education? It's not like she can't afford it or it'll interfere with any work schedule.

I think Mischa's right, everyone knows Paris is an ugly jealous bitch, but I must admit I think Paris' comeback was pretty good, especially this bit:
