Pete Doherty has been photographed with an alleged self-made drug pipe hanging out of his mouth - sparking specualtion he is still taking drugs.
The troubled Babyshambles rocker, who previously dated Kate Moss, was recently given a 12 month community order after pleading guilty to possessing heroin, cocaine and cannabis.
The order bans him from taking drugs and he can be imprisoned if he breaks the law again during the duration of the order.
Doherty, 26, was caught on camera with a suspicious looking tin foil tube - a well-known device used for smoking heroin - in his mouth as he left a London concert. [pics of the concert here http://www.gossiprocks.com/forum/lat...20-2006-a.html ]
He also had an open sore in his left nostril - an alleged sign of cocaine rot.
Fans who attended the concert were shocked at Doherty's appearance.
One told Britain's Daily Star newspaper: "It looked awful. There were a lot of people shocked that he turned up in such a state. The man is a mess. Maybe it's time he was locked up for his own good."
Doherty recently vowed to quit drugs.
He said: "I'm not taking anymore drugs. I've just been helped. If I'm on a drug rehabilitation requirement and being tested, there is no way round it."
