Brad Pitt and Jennifer Aniston have come to $105 million agreement over their assets.
According to reports, the actress will get the house - a Beverly Hills mansion worth $A39.1 million, while Pitt will get control of the former couple's lucrative film company Plan B Productions.
Aniston will retain a minor stake in the company, which IMDB.com reports is thought to be worth more than $A66 million.
The company is responsible for a string of 12 successful independent movie releases, including Tim Burton's Charlie And The Chocolate Factory.
Pitt and Aniston were reported to have agreed the divorce deal through their lawyers days before the Friends actress's 37th birthday last Saturday.
Pitt and Aniston announced their separation just over a year ago. Aniston filed for divorce in March, citing irreconcilable differences. It became final in October.
The Fight Club actor and Jolie had been romantically linked since the filming of Mr & Mrs Smith but he has denied that she was the reason for the split.
She is now expecting his baby.
